Ok, so the hamburger by itself is pretty bland. So, i'm adding some basic spices. This includes, a small ammount of Garlic, thyme, basil, and salt and pepper.
I put half of the meat in the fridge so I can enjoy it later, I don't need a pound of hamburger at once, ever.
Going out to the grill now.
I think I can get used to following your diet!!
